And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another and all the more as you see the day drawing near.

Tuesday Morning Bible Study
THE STUDY: GIDEON by Priscilla Shirer
THE DESCRIPTION: When we hear the name Gideon, most of us think about his 300 soldiers or a fleece spread beneath the evening sky. But Gideon's story is so much bigger than that. This is a story about God and His people—His love for them, as well as His strength operating in spite of, even through, their weakness. This 7-session study will encourage you to recognize your weakness as the key that the Lord gives you to unlock the full experience of His strength in your life. Instead of ignoring, neglecting, or trying to escape your weaknesses, learn to see them as the gifts given specifically and strategically by God. If you've ever felt insufficient, ill-equipped, incompetent, or outnumbered, this study is for you.
THE MEETINGS: 9:30 - 11:00 Tuesday mornings; Jan 8th - May 7th, 2019; Nursery provided
TEACHER: Leslie Talvet firstname.lastname@example.org
WHERE: Cafe Mt. Laurel campus
COST: $15.00 for the Book, available the day of class
MOPS & Moms Next
MOPS is a grassroots movement that believes moms are world influencers. We also believe that incubating hearts and giving just-because-hugs can change the course of history. That’s why we connect moms all over the world to a community of women, in their own neighborhoods, who meet together to laugh, cry and embrace the journey of motherhood. MOPS groups are rallying women to be more honest, to feel more equipped and to find our identity by journeying along side one another.
MOPS stands for "Mothers Of Preschoolers", and by preschoolers we mean kiddos from birth through kindergarten. We know it's a little confusing so let's just stick with "MOPS."
MOMS NEXT is a ministry to mothers of school-age kids. Right now both groups meet at the same time and place, which makes life just a little bit easier.
SCHEDULE: We meet at FCC from Oct. through May on the first and third Thursday of the month from 9:15-11:30am.
Marian Willey is leading a prayer meeting. The ladies who participate in this will pray through the book of Ephesians on their own and then come together to share what the Lord has laid on their hearts. It will be a morning of prayer, togetherness, encouragement and strength
If: table is a place to gather women and share a simple dessert while diving deep into real life stories and Christ centered conversations. Its a time full of laughter – and maybe a few tears – but time spent that leaves us with glad hearts. Full hearts. Grateful hearts.
The vision is: 6 women per table, 4 questions, 2 hours (Based on Acts 2:46). We'll provide the questions and will help pair you up with ladies to connect with. You just have to show up and bring dessert if you desire!
IF: Table is a quarterly event meeting in the FCC lobby. There is NO fee, but if you'd like to bring a dessert to share that is more than welcomed!
Ladies' Night Out
This women's event has a theme, speaker, music, and food that gives women of all ages the opportunity connect with one another and learn about topics relevant to their lives. We meet several nights a year in the Mt. Laurel campus lobby.
Feeling crafty? Come join us for our ladies craft nights. We create a craft together that is do-able and fun as well as spend a lot of time just chatting and having fun. These nights happen a few times a year. All ages and abilities are welcome!
Ladies' Stay at Home Retreat
We do everything we can to help as many women as possible be able to attend this weekend of restoration and connection. It's a time of rich Biblical teaching, break out sessions, prayer, bonding with sisters in Christ, fun, and of course yummy food.
We call this the Ladies' "Stay at Home" Retreat because it takes place at our Mount Laurel campus, but there is not sleeping over. We hope to make this an easy weekend event to attend for all women.
Have you stepped outside your front door recently? Things are getting crazy out there. Up is being called down, day is night, red is blue, and wrong is right. And it’s only just beginning. Our world is buying the lie that truth is a river, ebbing and flowing with the passage of time. But truth is not a river—it is a rock. And in a world lost in a sea of relativity, we must anchor our souls to the Truth or be drowned in the currents of popular opinion.
What is truth?
This has become the defining question of our time. But while everyone has an opinion, truth, it seems, is getting harder and harder to find. Perhaps that’s because we are searching for something when we should be looking for someone.
Truth has a name.
More ancient than time and more present than this moment, truth is not a river that changes with the cultural currents, but a rock—immovable, invincible, unshakeable—and the cornerstone of all we are and ever dream to be. The Adamant conversation study will be an anchor for you, giving you clear, biblical language to navigate some of the most difficult issues of our day. During this seven session study, we will read through the book Adamant, watch short DVD lessons and connect through discussions based on the truth.
Book Purchase required for this study: Book can be purchased at Barnes and Noble, Amazon and Christian Books Stores.
Propel is a casual, laid back night for women where we gather, watch a short DVD and discuss the different leadership topics together. The Personal Leadership DVD format will introduce each topic, including scripture-focused content from Christine Caine, with conversations from inspiring contributors, Lisa Harper, Bianca Juarez Olthoff, Alli Worthington, and Mercy Lokulutu.
This event is free and offered a few times a year in 6 night sessions. Feel free to come to as many or as few of the nights as you'd like. We're looking forward to some great conversations!
