Celebrate Recovery Leader

I am the Ministry Leader for Celebrate Recovery and oversee our amazing leadership team who help people find hope in Christ through the 12 Steps and 8 Principles. We work hard to provide a safe place for people on Thursday nights and various church and community events. I have been attending Fellowship since summer of 2008, involved in the CR ministry since 2011 and joined staff in 2023. Supporting people who are struggling with their mental health, abuse victims and grief are especially close to my heart. I enjoy working with children in other ministries in the church as well!

An important moment in my faith journey was meeting my husband and being a part of his family. I was not a believer when we met but the love and grace shown to me the Lord used to soften my heart and ultimately turn to Him. I accepted Christ after going to a Greg Laurie Harvest Crusade and hearing Him preach the Gospel during a time of devastating loss after his son passed away. Years later in 2014 my husband and I lost our daughter shortly after her birth which was a huge moment in my faith journey. Learning how to truly surrender, trust and depend on Christ through the hardest of circumstances has produced a love and hope I never experienced before. We serve a faithful God of love and compassion. The way the body of Christ prayed and surrounded us was and still is a precious memory. I'm especially thankful for my CR Forever Family and having a safe place to share this and many other life experiences.

My husband Jason and I have been married since June 2008 and together have 3 children. Our daughter in heaven born in 2014 and two boys ages 8 and 6 as of 2025. In our spare time we're likely spending time with family and friends. We enjoy camping, day trips to historical sites, beach days, planning our next national park adventure and of course Disney! I'm known for bursting out into song a time or two! I also am certified as birth and bereavement doula and love to support families with different birth outcomes. Its amazing to watch life come into the world!
