Men’s and Celebrate Recovery Pastor

I started attending Fellowship when I was around 11and would attend the youth group on and off. I started to be more consistent around 2003 with the young adults group and started to volunteer in the youth group around 2004. I was a pastoral Intern in 2008-09 and was called as a Pastor in 2013.

I am currently the Men’s and CR pastor, I also head up the Mt. laurel Living Nativity that Fellowship hosts every year at Christmas time. In CR I get to see the beauty of the Lord’s rescue plan being carried out each week. I love walking through life’s challenging times, hardships and struggles with people because the Lord shows up in amazing and unexpected ways for people. My heart is to see healing and recovery happen for all who are hurting.

Two moments that really stand out to me in my life have been when I was 17 years old I broke my leg playing soccer in a tournament in Connecticut. At that time soccer was my entire life and focus. It was everything to me and in that moment it felt like it was gone. This was the Idol of my heart and what I spent so much time worshiping. The Lord was working on breaking the chains of my strongholds. Another moment was when I start to come back to church here at FCC an after having plugged back in and volunteering in youth group for sometime, Pastor Jim, who was the youth pastor at that time, told me that he could see me as a pastor in the future. This idea was worlds away from what I thought the Lord was leading. He mentioned this same thing again to me on another occasion. Unbeknownst to me that Lord was making plans for my future at FCC.

I have been married since 2005 to my beautiful wife Kelly. We currently have 5 children from the ages of 16 down to 18months. We love to spend time outdoors, we enjoy camping as a family and going on hikes. I also love to spend time with my kids having airsoft events with their cousins and friends. Our kids love being apart of the Salao soccer program at FCC and look forward to it every year.
