What is Family Night?
Family Night is a place to do life with other couples who are trying to build their lives and marriages on Jesus Christ. So many couples come to Family Night because they want to develop "our friends" (couples who are like you that are trying to build marriage and family on the same priorities that you have). Our community groups are made up of families doing life together.
We have older couples (mentors, who have adult married kids) who lead community groups of young married couples. We currently have 8 groups, made up of about 7-8 couples each. The groups are based on life situations. Some of the groups are older couples with school-aged kids, and some are younger couples with very young kids.
Schedule
Our Regular Ministry Schedule is Wednesday nights from 6:30 - 8 pm. Most groups meet at the church building and we have a children's program which runs concurrently for Nursery through grade 5 in the building.
- 5:45 pm - Buffet dinner in the gym (FCC). $5/ adults. Kids are free. The meal is optional and registration required.
- 6:30 pm - kids go to a terrific children's program (Nursery up through grade 5)
- 6:30 pm - 8 pm - Community groups meet throughout the building
- 8 pm - pick up kids and head home
